Kaspersky Academy supported Women Techies 2021 Hackathon organised by Developer Student Clubs of Vellore Institute of Technology, India on March 14 — March 16.
More than 400 participants took part in a 36-hour hackathon aimed to provide talented and independent women with the platform and resources to help them grow in their desired field and contribute to society with impactful and beneficial solutions. There was a minimum requirement of 50% female participation in each team, to ensure and promote women’s participation in tech and tech-related events.
Kaspersky Academy provided valuable and memorable prizes for the teams, who took the first five places.
